Preventative Measures

There are many preventative measures you can take when it’s that time. Regardless of such measures, it’s bound to hit us eventually. The only difference is how hard it hits. Which, you guessed it, directly correlates with whatever (if any) preventative measures you take, as well as your actions following the invasion of the sickness.

My absolute, hands down, 10/10 recommend, go-to product is the On Guard essential oil blend from doTERRA. The second anyone around me is getting sick, I take two of the capsules. When I feel a sore throat coming on I rub a drop or two directly on my throat. On the rare occasions I do get sick, it never fully takes over. When I take On Guard, it literally stops the yuckiness right in its tracks.

There are several other essential oils that are also super awesome when it comes to combatting yucky germs. I use them not only for myself, but also for my home! Read on for my favorite au natural recipes for killing the germs.
